Summer Camp in Morocco for ages 7 to 18
Summer Camp in Morocco for ages 7 to 18
STEM and English camps in Martil, Tetouan and Tangier — built for families visiting from the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and Germany.
Every summer, Moroccan families based in London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Frankfurt and Paris come back to northern Morocco for several weeks. Safari Institute turns part of that time into something children remember: a week of hands-on technology or English immersion that ends with a project they built themselves. Teaching happens in English, French or Arabic depending on the group, so children schooled abroad are never at a disadvantage.
Camp tracks
Each week is self-contained and organised by age band, so siblings can attend the same week in different groups, and returning families never repeat a programme.
- Coding Camp Morocco: Scratch game design for younger children, Python for teenagers
- STEM Camp Morocco: electronics, sensors, 3D printing and physical computing
- Robotics: LEGO SPIKE and Arduino robots, including competition preparation
- AI for teens: image recognition, chatbots and a first machine-learning model
- English Camp Morocco: full-immersion English built around a technology project
Why northern Morocco works for a summer camp
Martil, Tetouan and Tangier sit within a short drive of each other and of the coast, which is where most diaspora families spend the summer. Sessions run in the morning in air-conditioned labs, leaving afternoons free for the beach and family time. Parents keep their holiday, children keep learning.
Language is never the barrier
Our coaches teach in English, French and Arabic. A child schooled in Dutch, Spanish or German joins an English-language group without any prior French, and programming itself is visual before it is written. We ask about the school language at registration so the child is placed correctly from day one.
Booking from abroad
Registration is completely online and confirmed within 48 hours. Payment can be made on arrival in Morocco, and a short video call before departure lets us match your child to the right group. A single contact follows your file over WhatsApp, which matters when you are coordinating flights, family visits and camp dates from another country.
Places for July and August fill quickly.
Check availabilityFrequently asked questions
Does my child need previous coding experience?
No. Most children arrive with none. Groups are formed by ability on the first morning, so beginners start from scratch and experienced children move straight to harder material.
What are the camp dates?
Summer sessions run from early July to the end of August in two-week blocks, with shorter camps during spring and autumn school holidays. Message us on WhatsApp at +212664157864 for the current calendar.
Is accommodation included?
No. Most of our summer families stay with relatives in Tetouan, Martil or Tangier. We can recommend partner residences and arrange daily transport from certain areas.
Can my child attend in English only?
Yes. The English Camp track is delivered entirely in English, and the technology tracks have English-speaking groups whenever enrolment allows.
What does my child take home?
A finished project — a game, a robot, a 3D-printed object or a recorded presentation — plus a written report describing what they built and what to work on next.
